- The survey is available in English, Dutch or Spanish
- You will need a recent purchase ticket from your nearest location, that comes with a survey code.
Steps to take the survey:

- Choose your language. The survey is offered in English, Dutch, and Spanish.
- Enter the date, time and restaurant number on the appropriate fields. You can find this information in your receipt.
- Enter the survey code –which is also found in your receipts.
- Press the Start button to begin the survey.
- The questions include general aspects of your experience while eating at Burger King and particular situations you may wish to report.
- You will have to select from a menu all the items you ordered in your visit, and then you will have the opportunity to comment on them.
- A question also includes the probability of you returning to the restaurant within the next month.
- Remember to give honest answers to make your opinion count as much as possible, and contribute to making your next visit even better.
- Submit the survey when you are done with all the questions.
